Sweet potatoes: They are one of the most nutrient-rich vegetables and provide antioxidants, beta-carotene, vitamins (B6, E), minerals (magnesium, calcium), and proteins.
Pumpkin: It is one of the lowest-calorie vegetables and rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene, minerals, and phytosterols. Its fiber content makes it very digestible and promotes digestion.
Fennel: It is rich in essential oils that are beneficial for digestion and the intestines. It also contains vital substances such as potassium, vitamin A, folic acid, vitamin C, and silicic acid.
